Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin
Al-hikma University is located in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital. It was founded in 2003 and accepted as an educational avenue in 2004 by the Nigerian National University commission. Though the name is Islamic oriented, Al-hikma University caters for all the educational needs of Nigerian students irrespective of ethnic, social, religious or educational background.it officially opened to students on the 28tt of feb 2006 and had a Giwa shamseddin as the first registered student in attendance.the affairs of the university is being taken care of by its pioneering vice chancellor professor Musbau Akanji.the university is opened to both muslims and christians
