Prince Al-Muhtadee Billah Bolkiah is the heir to the Sultan of Brunei. He is the son of Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah and Queen Saleha, and was named successor to the crown in 1998. Born February 17, 1974, Prince Billah graduated from Magdalen College at Oxford University in 1997 with a degree in Islamic Studies. He is reported to be a billiards and snooker enthusiast.
