Al-Muqtafi (legal and judicial)
Al-Muqtafi, the acronym in Arabic for the Palestinian Legal and Judicial system, is developed at the Institute of Law (IoL), Birzeit University (BZU), since 1995, by teams of Palestinian legal researchers and computer systems engineers, drawing on outside expertise and using some of the latest information technology tools.
