Abdel Hamid Mahmoud Al-Takriti was a presidential secretary to Saddam Hussein and thought to be responsible for his security. He was captured by US military forces and the CIA in raids conducted in an effort to round up the leaders of Saddam's government in the aftermath of the War in Iraq.
