Alan Heim (born 1937) is an American film editor with more than thirty feature-film credits. He had an extended collaboration with the director Bob Fosse; Heim's editing of Fosse's film, All That Jazz (1979), was honored by the Academy Award for Best Film Editing, the BAFTA Award for Best Editing, and the American Cinema Editors Eddie Award.

He was born in Bronx, New York. He was elected as a member of the American Cinema Editors, and served as the president of the organization from in 2006.
