Alastair Ivor Gilbert Boyd, 7th Baron Kilmarnock (b. 1927) married Hilary Bardwell ("Hilly"), whose previous husbands were Kingsley Amis and D. R. Shackleton Bailey. After the end of Amis's later marriage he went to live with Lord Kilmarnock and Hilly.
