The Western Lowlands (Albanian: Ultësira Bregdetare or Ultësira Perëndimore) is the geographical region of western Albania defined by plains and low lands. It is one of the four geographical areas of Albania, the other being the Southern Mountain Range, Northern Mountain Ranges (Albanian: Krahina Malore Veriore) (the Albanian part of the Prokletije), and the Central Mountain Range, Albania (Albanian: Krahina Malore Qendrore).[1]
The largest plain in the lowland is the Myzeqe plain.
