A late Stone Age industry of southern and eastern Cape Province, South Africa, dating to the period 10 000 to 6000 bc. Also known as the Oakhurst, this industry has few distinctive tool types except large scrapers more than 20mm long. The Albany industries directly precede the appearance of Wilton industries.
