Aldergrove (originally known in Irish as An Garrán Fearnóige) is a small village in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, 6 miles from Antrim and 18 miles from Belfast. It lies within the Antrim Borough Council area.
The name Aldergrove is more commonly used to describe the major airfield to the north east of the village. Two long runways serve both the civil Belfast International Airport and the military base RAF Aldergrove.
Aldergrove railway station opened on 13 November 1871.[1]
