Alejandro Bracho (born on October 1, 1957 in San Juan, Puerto Rico) is a Puerto Rican actor.
He starred in the 1989 James Bond film Licence to Kill as a henchman of the drug baron, Franz Sanchez, played by Robert Davi.[1]
