Alejandro Rodríguez de Valcárcel y Nebreda (1917, Burgos – November 22, 1976, Madrid) was a Francoist Spanish politician, who served in important positions under Francisco Franco.
From November 27, 1969 to December 5, 1975 he served as the President of the Congress of Deputies.
After Franco's death he succeeded him briefly as a head of state (President of the Regency), and served from November 20 to November 22, 1975, when then Prince Juan Carlos took an oath and was proclaimed King of Spain.
