History

Aleutia was founded by Michael Rosenberg in 2006 with headquarters in London, United Kingdom.[1]

Its first product was the E1, which was introduced for public sale in October 2007, was a fanless, low-power computer targeting the need for energy efficient computers in African nations.[2]

Linux

Aleutia provides the option to ship the latest version of Ubuntu as the primary operating system on all of its computers, with options available for various other Linux distributions alongside the mainstream choice of Microsoft Windows.

Products

T1

The T1 is an Atom based Mini-ITX computer that is aimed at nettop and thin-client use by both individuals and businesses.

T2

The T2 is similar to the Aleutia T1, being Atom based (though using a dual-core Atom processor), with a larger case to accommodate the larger heatsink.
