Alexander Abramsky (January 22, 1898 – August 28, 1985) was a Soviet composer.[1] He was known for his adaptation of Russian folk music within his compositions. He wrote numerous symphonic works, chamber music pieces, and one opera. His most well known work is his piano concerto which premiered in 1941.[2]
