Alexandra Chando (born July 28, 1986) is an American actress. She is best known for playing the role of twins Sutton and Emma in the ABC Family TV show The Lying Game.
A graduate of Liberty High School in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, she currently stays in New York City. Chando was attending Manhattan College in the Riverdale section of The Bronx at the time she was hired by As the World Turns producers. During the shooting of "Rockville, CA" she moved to California. She recently moved back to New York again.

A few months after joining As the World Turns, Chando was also featured on an episode of MTV's True Life: I'm Getting My Big Break. She received a Daytime Emmy Award nomination in the Younger Actress Category in 2007, but lost out to fellow castmate Jennifer Landon. She was let go two years later and her last air date was on October 26, 2007.
In 2008, Chando was cast as Debbie in the web-series Rockville, CA, created by Josh Schwartz (The O.C., Gossip Girl, Chuck).[1] It ran on TheWB.com in spring of 2009.[2]
On September 23, 2009, Chando returned to As the World Turns as Maddie. On May 14, 2010, she made a guest appearance on the popular CBS drama Medium as a volunteer for an animal rights activist group.
The actress also screen-tested with Robert Pattinson for the leading role in Remember Me that eventually went to Emilie de Ravin.
Alexandra auditioned for the role of Elena Gilbert in the hit TV Show The Vampire Diaries, which was given to Nina Dobrev.
In October 2010, Chando was cast in the new ABC Family series The Lying Game, playing identical twins Emma Becker and Sutton Mercer.[3][4] The series is based on the book by Sara Shepard, who also wrote Pretty Little Liars.
Chando plays Danielle in Talent, a web series produced by Alloy Entertainment and based on novels by Zoey Dean.
Chando worked closely with ABC family and Seventeen Magazine on the Campaign 'Delete Digital Drama' to prevent cyber bullying. As of March fourth 2012 Alexandra is also raising money towards lung cancer research and awareness with the charity 'Free to Breathe'.
