Alexandre Massura Neto (born June 19, 1975 in São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo) is a retired male freestyle and backstroke swimmer from Brazil, who competed at two consecutive Summer Olympics for his native country, starting in 1996. A resident of Minneapolis, Minnesota, he won the gold medal with the men's relay team in the 4x100m Freestyle at the 1995 FINA Short Course World Championships.
