(1857--1946), Romanian political leader, a founder of the fascist, antisemitic Iron Guard movement in 1927, and a leader of the short-lived Goga-Cuza government in 1937. During his reign, Cuza stripped Romania's Jews of their citizenship and instituted other anti-Jewish measures
