Plot

In the first half of a two-part story (originally telecast as a single hour-long episode), ALF is accidentally tossed into a box containing Christmas gifts. The box is delivered to a hospital, where ALF becomes the special present of a terminally ill little girl named Tiffany (Kerri Houlihan).
