Alfaro's Rice Rat (Oryzomys alfaroi) is a species of rodent in the Cricetidae family. It is found in Belize, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Panama. Its natural habitats are temperate forests and subtropical or tropical dry forests.
