Alecia Deann "Ali" Hillis (born December 29, 1978[1]) is an American film, television and voice actress.

At the age of six months, Hillis' moved with her family to Normal, Illinois and at age 3, to Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. She moved to Charlotte, North Carolina when she was thirteen years old[2] and performed in the The Children's Theater.[3]
While living in New York City she auditioned for Broadway plays and appeared in two episodes of Felicity in 1999. The following year, she had a role in an episodes of "FreakyLinks" and "Undressed". Hillis has also appeared on the TV shows Baywatch, JAG, Boomtown and Less Than Perfect.[1]
Hillis' has had roles in several films including: All the Wrong Places, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005), Must Love Dogs (2005), Open Water 2 (2006), The Ultimate Gift (2007), and The Heartbreak Kid (2007).[2]
Hillis had a role in the Los Angeles play, A Good Soldier and voices Lightning in the video games Final Fantasy XIII, Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy XIII-2. She voiced the role of Doctor Liara T'Soni in the Mass Effect trilogy, Doctor Ariel Hanson in Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty and Karin in the anime series Naruto: Shippuden.[citation needed]
