Alimi Ballard (born October 17, 1977) is an American actor starring as FBI agent David Sinclair in the television program Numb3rs. From 1993 to 1996, he appeared on the ABC daytime drama Loving and its successor series The City, portraying Frankie Hubbard (son of All My Children supercouple Jesse and Angie). He was a regular on the short-lived 1997 television sitcom Arsenio, which starred Arsenio Hall and Vivica A. Fox. He also portrayed Quizmaster Albert in the television series Sabrina, the Teenage Witch and Herbal in the television series Dark Angel.
