Big Brother 4
During the summer of 2003, Alison participated in the reality TV series Big Brother 4 which aired on CBS. She finished runner-up to Jun Song after eighty-two days in the house
Amazing Race 5
In 2004 she participated in The Amazing Race 5 with then boyfriend Donny. After placing first in the opening leg, Alison and Donny dropped to last place in the second leg, and were eliminated.
Big Brother: All Stars
In 2006 Alison returned to the Big Brother house to take part in the All Stars edition. She was the first to be eliminated by a vote of 8-2 on July 13, 2006.
Other Appearances
Alison appeared on an episode of "Yes Dear" When main character Jimmy entered the "Big Brother House" with previous houseguests, Irwin, being one of them.
