The school is divided into four divisions, kindergarten (JK-SK), primary (Grades 1-3), junior (Grades 4-6), and intermediate (Grades 7 and 8). There are about 24 classes, with an average of 3 classes per grade. The school has a "double split gym", which splits into two smaller gyms.
The building has two stories. The lower floor consists of the kindergarten division, Grade one classes, a forum (for club meetings), a "double gym", school office, custodian's office, and a library resource center. On the second floor there are Grades 2-8 classes (with the exception of grades three and six), a French department workroom, and ESL rooms. The school is equipped with two elevators not for public use.
The school also has four portable buildings for grades three and six.
The school's playground has an asphalt portion, and a field portion about the same size. The asphalt is equipped with 3 basketball nets, and 100 meters running track. The field is equipped with soccer posts and an area of sand used for the track and field long jump event.
The library has over 500 books. There are over 200 media information. The library contains 8 computers, and 10 laptops. In the Audio-visual room, there are musical instruments (such as orff) and other projectors (such as PowerPoint projectors).

The school's parish is St. Justin Martyrs church, located on Highway 7 and Warden Avenue. Each month, a priest from the church will visit the school for the school mass. By the end of the year, priests would visit the school for reconciliations. In addition, the whole school visits the church every May of each year. Grade 8s also participates in retreats every year at St.Justin Martyrs. On January 24, 2007, All Saints chose delegates to visit the Ark of the New Covenant, a traveling religious work of art.
All Saints is a feeder school to St. Augustine Catholic High School
All Saints had one of the highest enrollments for any elementary school in York Region, due to rapid development in the Berczy Village and Wismer Commons area. 2006-2007 enrollment reached 753 students. In September 2007, a new Catholic elementary school, San Lorenzo Ruiz, opened in the neighbouring community of Wismer Common, helping to relieve All Saint's overcrowding situation. The number of students dropped from 753 to 580 in 2007.
