Earl Allen Kelley (born December 24, 1932 in Dearing, Georgia) is a former American basketball player who competed in the 1960 Summer Olympics.
He was part of the American basketball team, which won the gold medal in 1960.
He is the brother of 1952 gold medalist Dean Kelley.
