Lehigh Valley Hospital's Allentown site is ranked among the nation's best hospitals for heart surgery, cardiac care, urology, and geriatric care, hospice, pediatric, emergency, outpatient, dental, diabetes, and radiology care and rehabilitation services. St. Luke's Hospital and Health Network has been named as one of the nation's top hospitals. Its Regional Heart Center is the area's most nationally honored heart-care center. Home health care is available, as is treatment for substance abuse. The region as a whole supports eight hospitals.
