Allied Security Holdings offers a secure ally for its customers. One of the largest private security firms in the US, the company does business as AlliedBarton Security Services, and primarily provides security guards for more than 3,300 clients, including shopping malls, office buildings, hospitals, residential communities, government facilities, and universities. The company, with more than 100 offices nationwide, also provides background verification and screening services through its HR Plus subsidiary (formerly VanElla). Allied Security began doing business as AlliedBarton Security Services after acquiring Barton Protective Services in 2004. It is owned by private equity firm Blackstone Group.
