Plot
For two weeks in June of 2001, tropical storm Allison battered the cities along the Gulf Coast. The storm resulted and $6 billion in damages. This episode of Storm Stories zeroes in on the the city of Houston, Texas, which endured 30 inches of rain between June 9 through 14.
