Review

The initial release from this Descendents offshoot finds All spouting off about the All philosophy featuring punk-pop odes to sexual abstinence, heartbreak, and, of course, Alfredo's, a real Mexican restaurant the band practically lived at (they were even nice enough to include the address and phone number). The entire album contains enough pop hooks to win over the most jaded listener; a few decades ago, the pop gems of Allroy Saves would have crackled out of AM radios everywhere. "Sugar and Spice" could have come off the Osmonds' Phase 3 or Homemade albums had the Mormon brothers cranked up the guitars. (With that in mind, it's amazing drummer Bill Stevenson played in Black Flag for two years.) ~ Al Campbell, All Music Guide

Allroy Sez is a 1988 album, the first release from Los Angeles pop punk band All.

After the Descendents' lead singer Milo Aukerman left the band in 1987, the remaining members chose to continue playing together under a different name and with a new vocalist, former Dag Nasty frontman Dave Smalley. This is the first material they released after forming.
