‘Alt-Heidelberg, du Feine’, first line of a poem in praise of Heidelberg by J. V. von Scheffel. It occurs in Canto 2 of the long poem Der Trompeter von Säkkingen. The melody is by Simon Anton Zimmermann (1807-76).
