On a clear day you can actually see many other mountains from the summit of Mount Everest.

Here are a few: Ama Dablam, Changtse, Nuptse, Lhotse, Kanchenjunga, Makalu and Cho Oyu.

Mark Pfetzer has climbed some of the world’s highest mountains, Cotopaxi, Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, and Cho Oyu. He started climbing when he was twelve and started ice climbing when he was thirteen. When Mark was fourteen, he went to Nepal to climb.

On a clear day you can see for hundreds of miles from the summit of Mount Everest. You will see many mountains such as the beautiful looking Ama Dablam standing at 6,812 metres high in Eastern Nepal, standing higher is Changtse at 7,543 metres in North Tibet and the even higher Nuptse at 7,861 meters in the Khumbu region of Nepal.
