Plot

Trained at Chicago's Institute of Design, photographer Art Sinsabaugh became a sensation in the 1960s thanks to a series of groundbreaking panoramic landscapes. His subject was the Midwest, and his photographs weren't only compelling for their form, but their subject matter as well. Sinsabaugh captured images of the spaces that people inhabited, images that portrayed an ever-changing landscape. In the film, the viewer is given a comprehensive overview of Sinsabaugh's remarkable career, from his early images of prairies to his breathtaking final works. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
