Proprietary combinations of aspirin and paracetamol (analgesics and antipyretics) and caffeine (a stimulant), used for the treatment of mild to moderate pain (including headache, neuralgia, toothache, and period pains) and fever and to relieve the symptoms of influenza and colds. They are available as tablets or soluble tablets without a prescription, but larger packs can only be obtained from pharmacies.
