Andrea Claudio Galluzzo (born December 7, 1969 in Florence) is an Italian writer, historian and journalist.
Graduated in Law at University of Siena and in Ancient History at New York University, is author of biographies and historical books. In 1999 received the CONI national literary award for Il Fiorentino, a biography dedicated to marquis Luigi Ridolfi da Verrazzano, a descendant of Giovanni da Verrazzano and Lorenzo il Magnifico, nobleman of Florence. In 1996 started his epistolary friendship with Italy's most famous journalist Indro Montanelli that ended with his death in 2001. In 2005 he founded and contributed to ItalyDay Culture Network, to magazines Antiquitas, Ars, Memorabilia and Spiritus Mundi among others. In 2006 was published Leviathan World a literary comic work. In 2009 was nominated director of Fiorentina's Museum. In 2010 wrote with Franco Zeffirelli the sport history book Derby Storico Fiorentino. In 2010 he was elected president of Fiorentini nel Mondo, an international association representing over five thousands Florentine citizens resident abroad. In 2012 wrote the history book "Amerigo's America" dedicated to the Florentine explorer Amerigo Vespucci. He's actually working on new biographies and romances.
