Sir Andrew Duncan Crockett (born March 23, 1943) is the former General Manager of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS).

Born in Glasgow, he was educated at Queens' College, Cambridge and Yale University. He joined the Bank of England in 1966, and the International Monetary Fund in 1972. He was an executive director of the Bank of England from 1989 till 1993, before becoming the head of the Bank for International Settlements in 1994.

After retiring from the BIS in 2003, he joined JPMorgan Chase & Co., the U.S. banking firm.

He is a member of The Group of Thirty.

He was knighted by H.M The Queen in 2003.
