Andrew Leung Kwan-yuen, GBS, SBS, MBE, JP (Chinese: 梁君彥; born 24 February 1951, Hong Kong) is the member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (Legco), representing the Industrial (First) functional constituency. He is a member of 3L, or Economic Synergy.
