Angélique de Saint-Jean, sœur, then mère (1624-84). Name in religion of Angélique Arnauld d'Andilly, niece of the above and daughter of Arnauld d'Andilly. As mistress of the novices she led the resistance of Port-Royal to official persecution. She is the central figure in Montherlant's Port-Royal.
