This Gaumont three-reeler was a vehicle for popular juvenile star Little Marie. A formerly loyal husband and father strays from the fold when he falls under the spell of a slinky seductress. Little Marie, the man's daughter, is kept in the dark about all this, but when she hears her mama sobbing hysterically, the kid catches on that something is amiss. Marie takes it upon herself to confront papa, pointedly asking him why mama is so sad. In one of the fastest character transitions in movie history, papa immediately sees the light, tells the "other woman" to scram, and begs his wife's forgiveness. ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi
