Bourke, Angela (1952- ), fictionwriter; born in Dublin, and educated at UCD and Brest, then lectured at UCD. By Salt Water (1996) was a volume of stories; The Burning of Bridget Cleary (1999) a study of a case of suspected witchcraft in Tipperary.
