Ann Florini is Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution in Washington, DC, and a professor at the National University of Singapore She works on global governance, energy policy and the public roles of private corporations.[1] Florini's academic training was at Syracuse University (BA, 1980), Princeton (Master’s in Public Affairs, 1983) and at UCLA (Ph.D. in Political Science 1995).[2]
