Anna Sforza (Milan, 21 July 1476 – 2 December 1497) was the daughter of Duke Galeazzo Maria Sforza of Milan. She married Alfonso I d'Este, future Duke of Ferrara.
The bride and groom were both fifteen when, in January 1491, their wedding took place amidst banquets, receptions, and theatrical representations. On 2 December 1497, she gave birth to a child, which died immediately after being baptized; Anna died too. She was only 21. Mother and child were buried together in the monastery of San Vito, of which the young Sforza was benefactor. Her death marked the end of the bond between the Sforza and Este families.
Alfonso remarried, with Lucrezia Borgia.
Her uncle Ludovico Sforza married Beatrice d'Este, a daughter of Ercole I d'Este. Her sister, Bianca Maria Sforza married Holy Roman Emperor Maximilian I.
