Annandale was a line operated by the Pacific Electric Railway from 1902 to 1928. The line from the Pacific Electric Building at 6th and Main streets in Downtown Los Angeles to the town of Annandale (later part of Pasadena), specifically at the intersection of Avenue 64 and La Loma Street.

There was an early plan to extend the line to Downtown Pasadena by way of West California Boulevard (where a local line was already running). Connections between Los Angeles and Pasadena were limited by topography, and the three existing lines were all very heavily used.

The line was abandoned in 1928, and the only part that was kept was used for a shuttle to Los Angeles General Hospital (present-day Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center). Unlike most Pacific Electric routes, no evidence of this line exists along the former route.
