Anne Arundel Medical Center is a hospital located in Annapolis, Maryland. The hospital also has locations in Bowie, Shipley's Choice, and Waugh Chapel, as well as 5 other locations for diagnostics.
The hospital has recently earned the Jackson Organization’s number one inpatient ranking, nationwide, for patient satisfaction. It is a member of the Maryland Hospital Association, and generally compare favorably to state averages in most categories against other hospitals in Maryland. The hospital has also received Joint Commission accreditation through 2008.
On December 2, 2008, a set of quintuplets was successfully delivered at the center.[1].
On July 28, 2011, Becker's Hospital Review listed Anne Arundel Medical Center under 60 Hospitals With Great Orthopedic Programs.[2]
