Anne-Marie Cécile J. Neyts-Uyttebroeck (born on 17 June 1944 in Elsene) is a Belgian politician and Member of the European Parliament for Flanders with the Open Flemish Liberals and Democrats, member of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe, and sits on the European Parliament's Committee on Foreign Affairs.
She is for the third time member of the European Parliament (since June 2004) and former president of the Liberal International, from September 1999 to 2005. She was elected president of the European Liberal Democrat and Reform Party in September 2005 during a party congress in Bratislava, Slovakia.
She is a member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and substitute for the Committee on Security and Defense and a member of the Delegation for relations with NATO. She is the liberal spokesperson in the European Parliament on Foreign Affairs.
