Refers to the situation in which a player must pay their blind or any other forced bets that they missed following an absence from a particular table in order to continue playing.

SoundPoker Says: In casinos, players who miss their blinds by leaving the table are given a "missed blind" marker. When the player returns, they will have to pay for the blinds that they missed in order to continue playing.

For example, "I really have to go to the bathroom, I'll ante off when I return."
