Anthony Goldwire (born September 6, 1971 in West Palm Beach, Florida) is an American basketball player, formerly in the NBA. He played for the University of Houston and was drafted by the Phoenix Suns in the 2nd round (52nd overall) in 1994.

Pro career

Goldwire played with Panellinios BC of the Greek basketball league in the 2006-07 season. In 2009, he joined the Spanish club CB Girona.[1] In July 2010, Goldwire joined the Phoenix Suns' Summer League coaching staff.[2] He later became an assistant coach for the Milwaukee Bucks.[3]

Awards

  • He is a three-time CBA Champion (1994–95, 2002–03 and 2005–06).
  • He won the Second All-Rookie Team for the CBA 1994-95 season.
