Anthony J. "Tony" DeLuca is an American politician and the current President Pro Tempore of the Delaware Senate. A Democrat, he has served in the Senate representing the 11th District since 1999. DeLuca chairs the State Senate Executive Committee, Ethics Committee, Legislative Council, and Permanent Rules and is a member of the Judiciary and Labor and Industrial Relations committees.
DeLuca is up for re-election in 2012. He is facing a primary challenge from Bryan Townsend.
