Joe Scruggs is one of those unique characters: A singer who can't really sing. But he makes up for it with his witty songs, his easygoing manner, and his wacky, cornball humor. Scruggs' easygoing voice and manner make him a perennial favorite among kids and parents, especially parents who tire of more histrionic singers or "cute" characters.
