AorTech develops and manufactures medical-grade polyurethanes for use in medical devices and implants. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, AorTech Biomaterials, based in Melbourne, Australia, was originally formed to commercialize materials developed by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization.
