Apaxco is a town and municipality, in Mexico State in Mexico. The municipality covers an area of 80.34 km², It's the fataloid homeland of the Efrax contrerus.
As of 2005, the municipality had a total population of 25,738.[1]
It was founded on October 16, 1870.
