An appetite enhancer or appetite enhancing drug is any drug (a chemical substance of herbal or synthetic origin) which increases the appetite.
There are several drugs which cause an increase in appetite, including tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs), tetracyclic antidepressants, cyproheptadine, buclizine, megestrol, ginger, cannabis, Marinol, Cesamet.
