The family-run Hôtel Keppler is one of the few budget hotels in the swanky Champs-Elysées neighborhood. Its 49 rooms are spacious and brightly decorated with blue and gold fabrics and pale walls, and are equipped with in-roof safe, phone with dial-up Internet access, satellite TV, and private bathrooms (shower or bath) with hair dryer. The hotel has room service, elevator and a large lounge bar just off the lobby with wooden parquet floors. Continental breakfast is served in a separate dining room or in guest rooms.

The Eiffel Tower is in full view right outside the front door of this elegant hotel in the Trocadéro district. A few rooms actually have balcony views of Gustave Eiffel’s masterpiece. The hotel also has an intimate bar, billiards room, and English or American à la carte breakfast. Torcadéo is pretty quiet after dark, but the Champs-Elysées is just five minutes away by taxi or métro.
